Support
Most issues can be resolved by checking the active page, permissions, and current NotebookLM state.
Quick start
Open the page you want to capture, wait for it to finish loading, then trigger Mervadon from that tab.
When Chrome asks for access to a submitted webpage, approve it only when you intend to capture that page.
For NotebookLM actions, use a signed-in NotebookLM tab and refresh it before retrying a failed operation.
Open NotebookLM in a normal browser tab, sign in there, and refresh the page. Mervadon does not bypass authentication or operate on a page that is not ready.
Reload the source page, retry from the active tab, and use a manual fallback if page access remains unavailable.
Review the current NotebookLM state and wait for a verified result. Do not treat a pending or uncertain operation as complete.
When reporting an issue, include the action, page type, and visible error message. Do not include cookies, tokens, passwords, or private research content. Read the troubleshooting guide for the full recovery path.
